Our facilities feature exercise and strengthening machines along with free weights, all designed for your comprehensive health and strengthening workouts. Resistance tubes, exercise balls and exercise mats are available to supplement your individual flexibility and balancing routines. Not familiar how to use the equipment? Our staff is here to help you.

 Professional instructors conduct several group classes tailored for your specific goals, such as strengthening, stretching, endurance, balance and cardiac health. Orientation sessions are by appointment.

 Members and Day Pass holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times  while using the Fitness Center equipment and facilities.

Free Exercise and Strengthening Classes

Most classes are FREE to all Fitness Center members, and holders of valid Day Passes.
Take any of the many classes we offer.  These classes are designed to work and strengthen different muscle groups using various techniques.

No pre-registration for classes is required. Please arrive 10 minutes prior, for sign-in.
