PGI Section 22 Homeowners Association

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC)


The Section 22 HOA Declaration of Restrictions under which our properties are governed requires that plans for all new construction, pool/spa installation, significant landscape changes, or external modifications of existing structures be submitted to the Grantor and approved by the Grantor as meeting the requirements of the Section 22 HOA Restrictions. Section 22 HOA approval must be given before any work can commence. The Board of Directors has empowered the ARC to make these approvals as long as the restrictions are met. ARC meets on the second Wednesday of each month.

LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE


The committee purpose is to establish a working plan for the community within a 3-5 year timeframe. This plan would keep Section 22 competitive with other master communities while establishing the financial impact.

COMMUNITY ACCESS COMMITTEE (CAC)


This committee works with our contracted Access services and our access personnel to make sure that our gatehouse, gates and roving vehicle are all working well. (See the Community Access page).
