Committees
STANDING COMMITTEES
These are the permanent committees that help the Board of Directors with their task of caring for our Community and communicating with our residents. They are vital to the process and a very good place for residents to get involved in our Community.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC)
The Section 22 HOA Declaration of Restrictions under which our properties are governed requires that plans for all new construction, pool/spa installation, significant landscape changes, or external modifications of existing structures be submitted to the Grantor and approved by the Grantor as meeting the requirements of the Section 22 HOA Restrictions. Section 22 HOA approval must be given before any work can commence. The Board of Directors has empowered the ARC to make these approvals as long as the restrictions are met. LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

COMMUNITY ACCESS COMMITTEE (CAC)
This committee works with our contracted security services and our guard staff to make sure that our guardhouse, gates and roving vehicle are all working well. (See the Community Access Committee page.)

FINANCE COMMITTEE
This committee works with our Community Management Company, Bensons, and the Treasurer to prepare and monitor the budget and accounting of the Association.

LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
This group works with our contracted Landscape Company to keep our community looking beautiful.
